Le micro indenteur instrumenté est parfaitement adapté à la caractérisation des revêtements de fortes épaisseurs (supérieures à 1 um) et des matériaux. Il délivre des valeurs de dureté et de module élastique de façon très reproductible. Le micro indenteur peut être employé pour qualifier les couches PVD, CVD ou projection thermique ainsi que les propriétés à cour des matériaux.
